วันนี้ (6 ส.ค.) ที่โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด ได้มีการจัดงานแถลงข่าวเปิดตัวเกม "PVP Online" ที่มีบริษัทซิลเวอร์คอยน์ เป็นผู้ให้บริการและจัดงานดังกล่าว โดยมีนาย อี้ จ้าว ประธานกรรมการบริหารบริษัท Beijing GameWorldTech ผู้พัฒนาเกมจากประเทศจีนเป็นผู้อธิบายถึงรายละเอียดของเกม PVP Online

นายอี้ จ้าว ได้เปิดเผยว่า แนวคิดในการพัฒนาเกมดังกล่าว เกิดจากการที่บริษัทได้ค้นพบว่า กระแสความนิยมเล่นเกมบนพีซี ส่วนใหญ่จะอยู่ในรูปแบบ FPS และ RTS เป็นจำนวนมาก จึงได้มีความคิดที่จะพัฒนาเกมที่มีการรวมวิธีเล่นทั้งสองแบบไว้ในเกมเดียวกัน จนกลายมาเป็นเกม PVP Online

"สำหรับระบบภายในเกม จะใช้ Engine Effect X ซึ่งเราเป็นผู้พัฒนาขึ้นมาเอง โดยที่ภายในเกมจะมีกราฟฟิคที่สวยงาม แต่ใช้สเป็คเครื่องพีซีที่ไม่สูงมากในการเล่น รับรองว่าผู้เล่นจะได้รับประสบการณ์ในการเล่นเกมที่แตกต่าง ไม่สามารถหาได้จากเกมอื่นๆแน่นอนครับ" นายอี้ จ้าว กล่าว

นายอี้ จ้าว ได้เปิดเผยอีกว่า PVP มีรูปแบบสังคมภายในเกมที่หลากหลาย ผู้เล่นสามารถที่จะตั้งกิลด์ และแลกเปลี่ยนซื้อขายไอเท็มภายในเกมกับผู้เล่นคนอื่นๆได้ รวมถึงชุดคำสั่งภาษาไทยที่จะเข้าใจได้โดยง่าย และคาดหวังว่าการร่วมมือกับบริษัทซิลเวอร์คอยน์ในครั้งนี้ จะเป็นการเปิดตลาดเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของบริษัท Beijing GameWorldTech

ด้านนายไพศาล กวียานันท์ รองประธานอาวุโสบริษัท ทริปเปิลทรี บรอดแบรนด์ ผู้ให้บริการอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง MAXNET ได้เปิดเผยว่า จะมีการร่วมเป็นพันธมิตรกับบริษัทซิลเวอร์คอยน์ โดยจะเปิดแพ็คเกจพิเศษอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงสำหรับผู้เล่นเกม PVP Online เพื่อให้ผู้เล่นได้รับความสนุกสนานอย่างเต็มที่

"เราได้มีการคุยกับทางซิลเวอร์คอยน์ในระดับนึงแล้วครับ ถึงแนวคิดที่จะเป็นพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจต่อกัน ซึ่งธุรกิจเกมออนไลน์จะช่วยต่อยอดธุรกิจให้กับเรา ขณะที่ผู้เล่นก็จะได้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงในการเล่นเกม และจะมีแพ็คเกจพิเศษที่แถมไอเท็มภายในเกมให้กับผู้เล่นด้วยครับ นับว่าเป็นการทำธุรกิจที่ได้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันทั้งสองฝ่าย" นายไพศาล กล่าว

ด้านนายอดิศร ทิพย์คงคา ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาดบริษัท GIGABYTE United Thailand ซึ่งทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับเมนบอร์ดและการ์ดจอคอมพิวเตอร์ ได้ชี้แจงถึงการร่วมเป็นพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจในครั้งนี้ว่า จะร่วมกับซิลเวอร์คอยน์ในการโปรโมทเกม PVP และมีโปรโมชั่นสำหรับร้านอินเตอร์เน็ตคาเฟ่ที่ต้องการอัพเกรดเครื่องภายในร้าน อีกทั้งยังจะมีการร่วมสนับสนุนไอเท็มภายในเกมอีกด้วย

จากนั้นนายทวีพงษ์ วิชัยดิษฐ ผู้ช่วยประธานกรรมการบริษัทได้ขึ้นกล่าวสรุปบนเวทีว่า ด้วยรายละเอียดและศักยภาพของเกม PVP Online ที่ได้รับการเปิดเผยจากทีมผู้พัฒนาในครั้งนี้ เชื่อว่าจะตอบสนองให้ผู้เล่นได้รับความสนุกสนานอย่างเต็มที่แน่นอน

"ซิลเวอร์คอยน์มีเป้าหมายที่จะนำสิ่งดีๆ มอบให้กับเหล่าผู้เล่นทุกคนและเชื่อว่าเกม PVP Online จะตอบสนองความมันส์ให้กับผู้เล่นได้แน่นอน เพราะเป็นการรวมแนวเกมสองแบบเข้าไว้ในเกมเดียว เหมือนกินมันฝรั่งเลย์ไปพร้อมๆกับเคี้ยวหมากฝรั่งชิกเคล็ท ลองคิดดูสิครับว่าจะมันส์ขนาดไหน" นายทวีพงษ์ กล่าวแบบติดตลก

จากนั้นได้มีการเปิดตัว "ปอย" ตรีชฎา เพชรรัตน์ ในตำแหน่งพรีเซ็นเตอร์ของเกม PVP Online ที่จะร่วมโปรโมทและทำกิจกรรมต่างๆร่วมกับบริษัทซิลเวอร์คอยน์ ซึ่ง "ปอย" เปิดเผยว่ารู้สึกดีใจเป็นอย่างมากที่จะได้มีส่วนร่วมทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในการโปรโมทเกม PVP Online

ในช่วงท้ายของงาน ผู้สื่อข่าวได้สอบถามว่า ขณะนี้ได้เกิดกระแสต่อต้านเกมที่มีความรุนแรง ทางบริษัทซิลเวอร์คอยน์มีความกังวลบ้างหรือไม่ โดยมีนายปัณณวิชช์ ธนเกษมสุวรรณ หัวหน้าฝ่ายปฎิบัติการบริษัทซิลเวอร์คอยน์เป็นผู้ชี้แจงว่า ปัญหาดังกล่าวนั้น ทางซิลเวอร์คอยน์ได้มีความกังวลอยู่บ้างแต่ไม่มากนัก เนื่องจากเกม PVP มีเนื้อหาในการต่อสู้ระหว่างคนกับฝูงแมลงเอเลี่ยน อีกทั้งยังมีการจัดเรทอายุผู้เล่นอย่างชัดเจน

นอกจากนี้นายปัณณวิชช์ ยังได้อธิบายเพิ่มเติมถึงปัญหาเรื่องการใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่นว่า ปัญหาดังกล่าวก็มีในประเทศจีนเช่นกัน และเชื่อว่าทีมผู้พัฒนาได้ทำการป้องกันไว้ระดับนึงแล้ว ซึ่งคงจะต้องรอดูในอนาคตว่าจะมีปัญหาดังกล่าวจริงหรือไม่ พร้อมกับแสดงความมั่นใจว่า เกม PVP Online จะสามารถต่อกรกับเกมออนไลน์อื่นๆได้ เพราะมีรูปแบบการเล่นที่แตกต่าง

ทั้งนี้เกม PVP Online เป็นเกมที่รวมเอาเกมแนว FPS (First-Person Shooting) ผนวกเข้ากับเกมแนว RTS (Real-Time Strategy) โดยตัวละครจะแบ่งเป็นสองฝ่าย ได้แก่ฝ่ายมนุษย์ ที่จะเล่นในรูปแบบ FPS และฝ่ายเอเลี่ยนที่เป็นแมลง และใช้การควบคุมในรูปแบบ RTS เพื่อวางแผนออกคำสั่งให้กับฝูงแมลงจำนวนมากมาย ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นเกมรูปแบบใหม่ที่มีการผสมผสานในลักษณะนี้

ซึ่งจากการที่เปิดให้สื่อมวลชนทดลองเล่นภายในงานพบว่า การแบ่งลักษณะดังกล่าว ทำให้ผู้เล่นสามารถเล่นได้อย่างสนุกสนานมากกว่า FPS และ RTS แบบปกติ เนื่องจากผู้เล่นทั้งสองฝ่ายจะต้องใช้กลยุทธหลากหลายในการต่อสู้ และศัตรูจะไม่มีรูปแบบตายตัวเหมือนการเล่นกับ AI อาทิเช่น ฝ่ายมนุษย์จะพบว่าฝูงแมลงมีการจัดทัพมาอย่างมีแบบแผนและล้ำลึก เรียกว่ายิงกันแบบไม่ได้หายใจหายคอเลยทีเดียว ขณะเดียวกันฝ่ายที่บังคับแมลงก็อาจจะได้พบการร่วมมือกันเป็นทีมของฝ่ายมนุษย์ เพื่อทำลายล้างฝูงแมลงเอเลี่ยนให้สิ้นซากไป
